Sierra Home Health Care began in a single California home, more than 20 years ago. Over those 20 years we met countless patients and families, and one truth became unmistakably clear.

Unnecessary visits, duplicate tests, and treatments without purpose leave patients exhausted and families burdened. So from the very beginning, we chose to work differently. We first listen for what the patient truly needs right now, and design the care plan around exactly that.
